who is the founder of thai massage? 

The founding father of Thai massage is a Doctor named Jivaka Komarabhacca, who is revered to this day throughout Thailand as the Father of Medicine. Born in India during the time of the Buddha, he is mentioned  in a variety of ancient documents for his extraordinary medical skills, for his knowledge of herbal medicine, and for having treated important people of his day, including the Buddha himself.

how often should someone RECEIVE a session? 

Typically we ask our patients to come every 2 weeks. 

is it safe for older people, children, injured or sick people? 

Yes, every session is catered to the needs of the patient. Please let our practitioners know of any past or current injuries or conditions. 

are oils used during a thai massage?

No, oils are used during a Thai Massage. During each Thai massage, we offer the options of using Tiger Balm to loosen the muscle. This will allow you to feel the full benefit of the massage.
